Experience exquisite Japanese cooking styles in Shintaro’s tatami style private dining room lit up in warm tones and clad in wood panels. Try the signature dishes: eye-catching red dragon rolls with spicy tuna, shrimp, eel, avocado, tempura batter and crispy shallots; uminosachi seafood salad with seaweed, vegetables and Shintaro soy dressing; or moreish gindara karamiyaki – pan-fried Atlantic black codfish served with spicy cream sauce.
